Instructions for posting the meeting minutes.

Create the minutes page:

  1. Save the minutes template using "save as..." under your browser's "File" menu
  2. Open the file using Dreamweaver (or Notepad, FrontPage, etc)
  3. Name this file: monthdate.htm (ex.-sept06.htm).
  4. Fill in the blanks and save.

Update the main minutes page:

  1. Save a copy of the minuteshome.htm page to your computer using "save as..." under your browser's "File" menu
  2. Open the file using Dreamweaver (or Notepad, FrontPage, etc)
  3. Add a link to the minutes under the appropriate month.
  4. Save the file.

Post the minutes and the main minutes pages to the live site:

  1. Open ws_ftp, and enter profile, host name, user name and password
  2. Transfer the minuteshome.htm into the root directory (the top level of our site).
  3. Transfer the minutes into the minutes folder.
